All prices are excluding GST and in NZ Dollars. GST will be added during checkout.
All plans are for a single website only. If you have multiple websites, you will need multiple plans.
All plans come with a 7-day trial so we can make sure your website hosting is compatible with our maintenance platform.
* Valid licenses are required for any premium theme or plugin. ** 1-hour of development time per month for content changes, simple coding or design tweaks.
The process
Select Plan
Choose a plan that’s right for you. Hit the ‘Sign Up Now’ button and complete the checkout process. Don’t worry, you won’t have to pay anything at this stage.
Check Email
Follow the instructions in the email we send you. There’s an online form that you need to complete which gives us a bit more information about your website.
Check Connection
After we are granted access to your website, we will check to see if it’s compatible with our maintenance platform. If successful, your billing will start 7 days after sign up. If not, we will let you know.
Relax
If we can successfully connect to your website, then all you need to do now is sit back and relax knowing that we are taking care of things for you.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide in order to use your service?
WordPress Administrator login and hosting FTP access. But generally, Administrator access to your WordPress website is all we need.
If you aren’t sure what information you need to provide, sign up for a plan, and we can help you.
We take great care with any information you provide to ensure it’s kept secure.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – after your first 1 month of service you can cancel within 30-days of your renewal date.

What happens if my site breaks after an update?
If an update breaks your website and we can fix it immediately, we will. If the fix is unknown or not immediate, we will restore your website from its most recent backup.
We will spend up to one (1) hour of time fixing/troubleshooting the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed within that time, we will contact you and give you a time/cost estimate and let you decide if you’d like us to move forward.
Are there any requirements for my website?
Yes – to get all the benefits of our service, we highly recommend your WordPress website is hosted on the following environment:
- Linux based hosting
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- MySQL 5.6 or higher
- SFTP capable and enabled (read and write access)
If you’re not sure about your website hosting, don’t worry, we will test our service with your hosting to make sure everything works correctly.
Should I have daily or weekly website backups?
It all depends on what type of website you have and how often its updated. If it’s an e-commerce website, or just a standard website that is updated regularly, then we recommend daily backups. For everything else, weekly backups should be fine. But the choice is yours.
How does the 1-hour of development time work?
If you are on the Premium Plan, you get 1-hour of development time per month for content changes, simple coding or design tweaks. To email us your changes, log into your Account and go to Open A Support Ticket. Fill out the form, attach your files, and send. Once received, we will check to make sure it can be done in less than an hour. If not, we will reply to your ticket to discuss your options. Please allow up to 5 business days for work to be done.
What if I need to contact you?
If you are signed up to one of our plans, log into your Dashboard and go to Open A Support Ticket. Fill out the form and submit the ticket. We try to reply to support tickets within 1-2 business days.
If you aren’t signed up to a plan yet, just use our contact form.
Are you able to host my website?
We are currently looking into this option. So stay tuned.
